For each of us, there are situations that propel us to excellence, and those that trap us. Why not play to your strengths? And work on improving the rest of your game?
"Competencies" include our abilities to think, to manage our emotions, and to constructively use our imaginations so we can effectively perform the essential functions in our daily lives, including:
- Solve problems
- Make decisions
- Plan
- Manage
- Communicate
- Trust appropriately
- Observe objectively
- Be empathic
- Keep commitments
- Develop authentic relationships

Our Competency Assessments give you a view from the inside and the outside. They reveal how you see yourself in the world and how the world sees you.
Here's how it works:
You complete a list of 25 or so questions about how you see and respond to events in your life. And, you invite up to ten of your friends, family, and co-workers to answer the same questions about you. We put it together into a report that lets you compare the "inside view" and the "outside view".
